The Week Ending June 22

Topping this week's roundup of those having a rough week is former Intel CEO Brian Krzanich, who had to resign this week after it was disclosed that he had a consensual relationship with an employee in violation of company policy.

Also making the list this week are Xerox for getting hit with a lawsuit from Fujifilm charging breach of contract over the abandoned plan to merge the companies; and SAP for getting hit with a lawsuit from Teradata charging misappropriation of trade secrets and antitrust violations.

Qualys makes the list after shareholders rebuked the company's top executives for their 2017 compensation plan. And many online retailers were losers this week when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states can levy sales taxes for Internet sales.

Not everyone in the IT industry was having a rough go of it this week. For a rundown of companies that made smart decisions, executed savvy strategic moves – or just had good luck – check out this week's Five Companies That Came To Win roundup.
