Solution providers are faced with an unusual market environment that, by all accounts, looks likely to extend into 2022. That environment could be boiled down to this: While demand for their solutions and services continues to be massive as digital transformation needs remain high, many solution providers and managed services providers are struggling to find the talent and product supply to meet all of the demand.

At the 2021 Best of Breed (BoB) Conference, hosted by CRN parent The Channel Company last week in Atlanta, CRN asked 10 solution providers the question: “What are the biggest challenges you expect for your business in 2022 and how will you tackle them?” The talent crunch and supply chain upheaval are weighing the heaviest as solution providers and MSPs look ahead to 2022—making the ability to creatively and dynamically respond to those challenges more essential than ever, solution provider executives told CRN.
