In February, Consolidated Communications reported that revenue in 2019 was $1.34 billion, down 4.5 percent from $1.40 billion in 2018. The company reported a net loss of $19.9 million for the year compared to a $50.6 million loss in 2018.

Between the start of trading at the beginning of 2020 and the close of trading March 31 Consolidated Communications’ stock increased in value from $3.88 per share to $4.55, boosting its market cap by 17 percent.
