Who will be leading the companies?

Synnex and Concentrix have experienced leadership teams that are “well suited to lead the two companies” during the transition and beyond, the company said.

The current president and CEO of Synnex, Dennis Polk (pictured), will keep his position at Synnex, following the separation.

Chris Caldwell, who is currently the president of Concentrix, will lead Concentrix as President and CEO following the split. The business will be a stand-alone company following the separation. The new company’s board will be assembled closer to the date of separation.
