The action hasn't slowed in the cloud space, with companies announcing partnerships, programs and products.

Whether it was 6fusion's partner programs, a content delivery network from NetDNA, or cloud-based supply chain management from GT Nexus and Kinaxis, companies are moving fast to the cloud.

6fusion Unveils Cloud Partner Programs

Cloud infrastructure provider 6fusion, of Raleigh, N.C., has launched a new lineup of channel partner programs for solution providers for public and private clouds.

The Cloud Service Provider program is targeted at managed services providers working with SMB customers to deliver services from 6fusion’s iNode Network for the public cloud. Under the program, MSPs can add infrastructure-as-a-service to their portfolio of services without large expenditures.

The company’s Cloud Reseller Program is aimed at large VARs working with the midmarket and enterprise market, and it includes utility-metering solutions and private and public clouds based on 6fusion’s Enterprise iNode service. Members of this program can access 6fusion Cloud Starter Kit, an out-of-the-box offering to help enterprises develop private clouds.

NetDNA Announces Content Delivery Network

NetDNA announced a content delivery network service called CloudCache.com, designed for e-commerce site owners.

The Los Angeles-based content delivery network requires little technical knowledge and provides a control panel to provision accounts, the company said.

The service uses PrestaShop, an e-commerce Web storefront with more than 120,000 deployed storefronts. Pricing for CloudCache.com starts at $12 per month and offers up to 200 GBs of bandwidth.

GT Nexus, Kinaxis Partner For Cloud-Based Supply Chain Management

GT Nexus and Kinaxis have teamed up to offer a cloud infrastructure service for multi-enterprise supply chain management and collaboration.

The companies said the platform will be used by enterprise customers and business process outsourcing (BPO) service providers.

Oakland, Calif.-based GT Nexus offers a cloud-based supply chain collaboration platform, and Kinaxis, of Ottawa, Canada, is a supply chain management vendor. Kinaxis will bring to the partnership its RapidResponse Control Tower that allows users to deploy supply chain planning, demand management, and supplier collaboration, while GT Nexus technology offers real-time visibility into orders, inventory, shipments and commerce transactions, the companies said.

Symplified Intros Toolkit For Access Management

Symplified released a toolkit Tuesday that allows service providers to integrate identity and access management with their cloud services.

Called Symplified Structure, the toolkit can be used by telcos, cloud application brokers, service providers and application hosters, the company said.

Symplified Structure is part of Boulder-Colo.-based Symplified's platform, which includes auditing, identity management, access control, and provisioning with public and private cloud services and SaaS marketplaces. Cloud service providers can use Symplified Structure to help secure single-sign on to support personal mobile devices for enterprises.

IndependenceIT, AIR Technology Services Team Up

IndependenceIT (iIT), a supplier of cloud-based business applications, has partnered with AIR Technology Services, a consulting firm that builds network infrastructure, to deliver iIT’s offerings to SMBs to help them move to the cloud.

AIR Technology Services, of Waukesha, Wis., will offer of Allentown, Pa.-based iIT’s applications as part of its managed services and solutions.

AIR Technology Services will include in its product portfolio both iIT’s Instant Freedom Workspace, which makes productivity, email and finance apps available from Internet-connected devices, and its Total Freedom Workspace, which allows users to integrate more than 350 business apps.
