Genesys Integrates With Amazon Lex
Call center provider Genesys is unveiling a new integration with AWS that will improve natural language processing and AI capabilities for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for its cloud contact center solution, PureCloud, the Daly City, Calif.-based company said.
The integration lets customers build and maintain conversational IVR to route calls more effectively, decreasing the number of calls and interactions between businesses and customers. PureCloud customers will also now be able to take advantage of the capability of Amazon Lex to better understand natural language, Genesys said.
