What are the as a service financing differences between HPEFS and Dell and Cisco which recently entered the as a service market?

Competition doesn’t sleep There is competition coming into the market with the Cisco’s and the Dell’s and so on. They’ll be good competitors but they have got a lot of catching up to do. They have got a lot of catching up to do. In the meantime, we are not standing still either.

When you get to (HPE Virtual) Discover (June 22 -24) you’ll see some of the things that we have been building on from the success we have had with GreenLake going on two years.

What is the biggest competitive differentiator with regard to how HPEFS works with partners?

Why I think the GreenLake lead in the marketplace is going to be sustainable for a while is we have a customer for life philosophy. That is why we set $2 billion aside last year (to assist customers grappling with the financial fallout from the global pandemic). We want to keep customers and we want to establish a strong presence with those customers. Everything we do is about keeping those customers for life.

With respect to the channel, I think it is reasonable to tell you that we did business with 5,400 channel partners in the last 12 months. Our channel business is about half of what we do.
