Upshot.ai Gains Digital Customer Experience Competency Status

Upshot.ai has added AWS  Digital Customer Experience Competency status – with a focus on workloads based on customer 360 and consulting practice categories -- to its credits.

The Dallas company offers a customer engagement cloud that helps companies interact with their customers to boost omnichannel adoption, conversion and retention. Its digital customer acquisition and retention life-cycle solutions include content management and marketing automation, prospect engagement, and commerce and data analytics solutions.
