Everything as a Service: ‘Cloudifying’ The Customer Experience

For 2021, we’re looking to make sure that we really take advantage of the opportunity that exists through ‘cloudifying’ the experiences for our customers. That is for all customers, whether they be big or small, and we’re applying our resources to that. But we need to make sure that we are doing that in harmony with our partners.

Vital to us and them doing that is that we engage early. We have got to make sure we have got our resources in the right places on the biggest opportunities. We also need to make sure that we are working with our partners to cover the rest of the market as well.

We have an even greater dependence on our partners now than we have ever had. That makes collaborating with them even more important, and we have to put more effort into doing so. There are still opportunities to get better at that, which I am excited about.

We’re continuing to bring to life the [Everything-as-a-Service] transformation that [HPE President and CEO] Antonio [Neri] has laid out—to make sure the whole of our portfolio is service-enabled by the end of next year. We are looking to make sure we capture the growth opportunities that really exist in the market. There is growth in cloudifying the experience for customers.

Partners should continue to expect that we will make investments around helping to cloudify customers. We will be investing in terms of working with partners to identify real projects and invest in those projects. Essentially, we are going to make sure that we have got investments, support, specialists and expertise to collaborate with our partners to transform their customers.

The world of transforming customers is changing and we need to help partners do that.
