Microsoft Debuts Customer Experience Platform
A new customer engagement solution was introduced this week by Microsoft. Called Microsoft Customer Experience Platform, the solution gives users abilities to better predict customer intent, accelerate time to market and deliver content to specific channels.
The platform takes in features from Dynamics 365, Microsoft Promote IQ, Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Azure Purview and Azure Synapse Analytics, according to the company.
The platform aims to improve interactions across in-person, advertising, email, mobile, social media and other interactions and integrates with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Microsoft Advertising.
Early users include Chipotle, Crocs, The Home Depot and Walgreens Boots Alliance, according to Microsoft.
