Peripheral IT products, everything from keyboards to multifunction printers, from flat panel displays to digital signage, may not be the sexiest part of the information technology industry. But such technologies are how humans interface with IT and extract data – and value – from IT systems.
But profit margins on such commodity products are tight and solution providers need all the help they can get from peripherals manufacturers, from rebates and margins to marketing and sales assistance.
