Michael Dell: 'It's Personal' When Your Name Is On The Building

Michael Dell On Shaping Dell

'Integrity Not Optional'

Dell Technologies is a life-long pursuit for me, and that changes everything. Here, conducting our business ethically and with integrity is not optional.

We recently crafted a new Code of Conduct that spans the entire Dell Technologies family. It's effectively the global guide for how we work .
