Supermicro SYS-240P-TNRT

The SYS-240P-TNRT is a 2U quad-socket server from Supermicro‘s SuperServer line that can scale to up to 112 cores with Intel’s third-generation Xeon Scalable processors. With 48 DIMM slots, the server can support up to 12 TB in ECC DDR4-3200 RAM and up to 18 TB with Intel’s second-generation Optane Persistent Memory. The server can support up to 10 PCie 3.0 slots, four of which are optional x8 low-profile slots with the other six representing a mix of x8 and x16 slots of full-height, full-length and full-height, half-length cards. On the storage side, the server has 24 2.5“ hot-swap bays for NVMe, SAS3 or SATA3 drives as well as two M.2 SATA3 slots. For networking, the server comes with two 10G BaseT ports and two 10G SFP+ ports with the Intel X710-TM4 Ethernet controller.
