HP's Elite x3 marks the debut of the "3-in-1" device concept, with the 6-inch phablet able to turn into a Windows 10 desktop or laptop in addition to serving as a smartphone. The device uses Qualcomm's powerful Snapdragon 820 processor and can turn into a desktop using Microsoft's Continuum technology.
