How satisfying is it for you to be able to return Getronics to the U.S.?

I'm a U.S. citizen. For the last seven years, I've been living and working abroad. I'm a Brazilian resident. To come back to the U.S. after seven years of absence is very exciting. You've heard me say, 'I'd rather be an owner of Getronics than a gold mine.' I say the same thing, 'I'd rather be an owner of Pomeroy than a gold mine.' I know a little bit about gold mines because I'm originally from Ghana, which used to be called the Gold Coast. And I say that because we have the good fortune of being in a business that is really at the center of two of the biggest value-creating trends that are going on in the world today.

If you think about how companies are differentiating themselves, it's about having smarter, more productive people than your competition. So the value of the human resource has become an incredible value-add, and then secondly, its technology as a value driver. So a business like Pomeroy, which really makes it their mission to bring productivity tools to our clients and employees, through workspace management, is really the center of that.
