2020 Vision For MSPs
After a 2019 that saw a massive influx of private equity cash, consolidation in the channel, as well as a resurgence of ransomware turning an MSP’s most trusted tools into business-killing weapons, CRN asked MSPs what is one thing they must do to be successful in 2020.
Not surprisingly, security was near the top of the list, but a roaring economy has put a stranglehold on talent, adding to the pressure some shops feel in retaining quality workers. Taking time to understand their own business and better understand their customer’s business are also at the top of the list.
