New Windows Phones Are Surfacing

Windows phones may be about to get their groove back. New smartphones running Windows 10 Mobile are hitting the market, a new development could make older Windows phones more useful and -- most notably -- there continue to be strong indications that Microsoft is working on new phones running Windows (perhaps under the Surface brand). It's still too early to say for sure, but that death of the Windows phone you heard reported about -- well, it may turn out to have been a bit exaggerated.
