DXC Technology appointed former Northrop Grumman executive Ken Sharp as executive vice president and CFO, taking over from interim financial leader Neil Manna, who continues to serve as senior vice president and corporate controller.

Most recently, Sharp was vice president and CFO for Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems Sector. He had joined Northrop Grumman through the company’s 2018 acquisition of Orbital ATK, where he served as vice president of finance.

“Ken is an outstanding addition to our leadership team,” DXC CEO Mike Salvino said in a statement. “Ken is a proven hands-on, operations-focused finance leader who knows the industry and has deep experience in executing transformation journeys. We welcome Ken to the ‘new DXC’.”
