Five9 Unveils Spring Release
Cloud contact center software provider Five9 took to Enterprise Connect to share the spring release of its software.
Five9's spring release includes three key updates. The first will help customers adapt the contact center to match their needs using software development kit capabilities. Next, agents will be empowered to deliver better customer experiences through new integration with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow and Oracle CRM. Lastly, the company is boosting the reliability, scalability and security of its software with new in-region voice points of presence.
