Visionary: Fuze

Fuze, a privately held company, has developed its own UCaaS multitenant platform. The Fuze UCaaS platform includes Fuze Calling, which allows for voice calls to be escalated to video and screen-sharing sessions; Fuze Discover, its analytics tool to track user adoption and performance; and Fuze Checkup, which can monitor and alert users to network, hardware and audio accessory issues.

Boston-based Fuze does about 55 percent of its business through the channel.

Strengths: Fuze is a good fit for larger organizations with complex integration requirements. The company has recently invested in tools and processes to improve customer service, project management and installation capabilities.

Weaknesses: The company has limited brand awareness and limited coverage in Asia-Pacific. Some users reported that the newer capabilities need additional beta testing, and incident resolution could be improved.
