“There’s some statistics – and I don’t have the statistics on the top of my head – of all the software that’s sold out there, there are huge amounts that are never implemented so they never get the value out of it. Obviously we want to continue to expand our footprint in customers and then renew them on a regular basis as well so that this customer experience, customer success – that’s paramount to how we’re thinking about the future of how we are engaging with our customers.”
