What does ServiceNow do for its partners?

The whole concept of the company is to make the world of work, work better for people. So, it’s about looking at everything that people do and trying to imagine how we could do that in a better way. It’s about giving people the capability to analyze the current way they work, understand where they’ve got anomalies, understand outliers, and then be able to build the machine-learning algorithms to be able to take some of the mundane stuff away. To be able to use additional algorithms to enhance the skill sets we’ve got and basically be able to open up this concept of enterprise service management to allow every part of a company to be connected together.
