Tech job postings increased in 19 cities in the U.S. between February and March despite the toll the COVID-19 pandemic was taking on the economy. Here’s a look at which ones showed the biggest gains.
19. Seattle, Wash.
Tech job postings for Seattle increased 1 percent between February and March.
The average tech salary in the Seattle metro area in 2019 was $109,628, up 4.3 percent from 2018.
The average tech salary for the state of Washington in 2019 was $108,688, up 6.9 percent from 2018.
