Tech job postings increased in 19 cities in the U.S. between February and March despite the toll the COVID-19 pandemic was taking on the economy. Here’s a look at which ones showed the biggest gains.

18. Pittsburgh, Pa.

Tech job postings for Pittsburgh increased 2 percent between February and March.

The average tech salary for the state of Pennsylvania in 2019 was $86,187, down 3.9 percent from 2018.
