Hot Security Products At Interop 2010

Security's Hot At Interop

Security has become a crucial, if not integral, part of networking. And as the malicious threats such as viruses, Trojans and botnets persist, security becomes an even more important part of a customers' network. That fact is not lost at Interop 2010, held this week in Las Vegas. As in years' past, the mega networking conference includes a wide array of security products and services added to the exhibition lineup. Here are a few you'll see at the show.

ESET Remote Administrator 4

ESET Remote Administrator 4 makes owning ESET security software products a significantly lower-cost proposition. From a single ESET Remote Administrator Console, the IT administrator can quickly scan endpoints, adjust client configurations, respond to security events, update signature databases, generate reports, install and manage ESET solutions across clients and servers running Windows, Mac and Linux platforms. Current ESET Remote Administrator customers are able to upgrade to the new version free of charge by downloading and running the latest installer. Additional information can be found at

InfoExpress CyberGatekeeper

InfoExpress CyberGatekeeper suite of products protects enterprise networks and the endpoints connecting to them by managing guest network access and quarantining rogues to maintain a healthy system. CyberGatekeeper Dynamic NAC (DNAC) offers rapid deployment with zero network changes, providing centralized management, flexible policies, granular quarantining and monitoring, and remediation of unhealthy systems. With DNAC, unhealthy systems and those attacked by intruders and worms are isolated from the network and automatically cleaned. CyberGatekeeper Remote is a security enhancement that compliments DNAC by managing remote access VPNs to ensure endpoints are safe and compliant with security policies. CyberGatekeeper Remote performs real-time audits and quarantines non-compliant network-attached endpoints. Both CyberGatekeeper DNAC and CyberGatekeeper Remote are available in an appliance/software version and a software-only version.

Kaspersky Open Space Security Release 2
