Investor interest in up-and-coming cybersecurity vendors shows no signs of waning, with a number of major funding rounds going to innovative security companies in August. The deals included a $200 million round for Cybereason and $15 million rounds for Remediant and Digital Hands. Meanwhile, big data is another leading theme of our August funding roundup, with new investments during the month including $248 million for ThoughtSpot and $30 million for Incorta.
