Where ServiceNow is focused on large enterprises, do you see an opportunity to take the product down market, and what should we expect?
First of all, it's really a privileged position to be focused on large, and still have so much room to grow. There's nothing wrong with being very focused and segmented on large when you're putting up these kind of numbers.
Can you take this downmarket? Absolutely. And the question then becomes, between spreading your wings in the large space, and taking it down a little bit, and the channel strategy that you approach that with, and the cost of sales that you go after that with, are all items that we’ll be discussing in the coming of weeks, and of course we'll talk about it at the annual guidance as we go into next year.
But theoretically, it looks like another big opportunity for ServiceNow.
