In an exclusive interview with CRNtv Host Sydney Neely, Senior Vice President Brian Vincik and Vice President of Sales Bill Madison from Exclusive Networks North America share how they’re redefining standards as a cybersecurity solutions provider.
Brian, can you start by telling us about Exclusive Networks North America and where you fit into the partner ecosystem?
Brian: We’re a global company with our headquarters is in Paris, France. Bill and I and the rest of the team run North America.
We are cybersecurity specialists. People come to us when they're trying to understand the cybersecurity landscape. They quickly realize how complex it is, with thousands of players, and look for reliable products and solutions. We’re advisors to that process, and we have a number of OEM partners as well as value added reseller (VAR) partners.
What sets Exclusive Networks apart from the competition, especially in cybersecurity?
Brian: There are several distributors and solution providers out there, but they don't necessarily specialize in cybersecurity. That's where we come in. We really specialize in cybersecurity. If you look at some other companies, they carry a very impressive line of products, but it gets kind of diluted when it comes to cyber. We're all about cyber.
Bill, can you talk about the footprint of Exclusive Networks, both locally and globally?
Bill: We are represented in both the North American theater and globally with sales and operations teams throughout the United States and Canada. There are not many places in the globe we don't touch.
The interesting thing that separates us from other distributors is that we're completely integrated. We continue to drive platforms and integrations across the entire global theater. You get a different look and feel with us versus our competitors.
Partners often ask, “What’s in it for me and how will this help my business?” How can Exclusive Networks support partners immediately, and what specialty programs do you offer they can take advantage of?
Bill: Helping partners today is our specialty, and it continues to get better. Our sales teams are very customer focused. We work tirelessly to understand customer needs and what they're winning and how they're winning in the marketplace. We continue to get better at that and put a lot of time and energy and resources into developing and getting even better.
More particularly, we're launching several programs. We'll be launching an e-rate program to help partners continue to drive and sell in that space. We’re also focused on the specialty around MSSP services and how we can support partners and the programs needed to help drive their business.
We are really excited about that, and it’s part of why our Net Promoter Score is the highest in the industry. We rival known brands like Google and Amazon Web Services and others. We're excited and passionate about what we do and backing that up in various ways.
