Kaseya's Miles Walker Unveils Profit Playbook At XChange Security 2025

At July’s 2025 XChange Security event, Miles Walker, channel development manager at Kaseya, delivered a keynote focused on strategies for maximizing profits and growth for managed service providers (MSPs). "Acquiring new customers was the number one thing this past year," Walker stated, a challenge that MSPs have not faced to this extent in the past.

Walker also discussed the significance of revenue growth and the role of Kaseya's MDF program in supporting MSPs. "We have $3 million set aside for MSPs to grow their business through webinars, lunch and learns and other events," he explained. This initiative aims to help MSPs expand their customer base and increase their revenue.

In addition to customer acquisition and revenue growth, Walker addressed the importance of maximizing managed service offerings. He pointed out that business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) remain top priorities, with 83 percent of MSPs offering co-managed services. "MSPs are the superheroes of the global economy," Walker remarked, underscoring the critical role MSPs play in maintaining business operations.

Walker concluded his keynote by introducing Kaseya's latest solution, Kaseya 365 Ops, designed to enhance business efficiency through AI-driven workflows and automated billing.
