Architecting The Future Of Work With Gemini Enterprise

Companies like Deloitte are leading the AI charge, working closely with Google and using Gemini Enterprise to deliver measurable ROI and transform workflows for customers. Deloitte began leveraging Gemini Enterprise nearly a year ago, starting in private preview and continuing through general availability, deploying it internally and across client environments.

“We’ve been using Gemini Enterprise for nearly a year when it was still in private preview,” said Gopal Srinivasan, global AI and data lead, Deloitte. “As it moved into general availability, we began using it as a Google customer, deploying it within Deloitte as well as with Google and our customers externally.”

Srinivasan highlighted several successful use cases. “Within the finance function, we have an invoice validation agent in accounts payable that significantly accelerates the validation of incoming invoices before they’re approved for payment,” he said. “Within IT, we’re helping users reduce the time to get support on technical issues or order a new device. And in marketing, we have agents that can go across the campaign life cycle from generating a campaign brief to delivering a hyper-personalized campaign.”

Internally, Deloitte uses Gemini Enterprise agents to streamline account team operations, from generating pitch documents to providing engagement financials. “It allows our account teams to get customer insights about our clients and prepare for meetings faster,” Srinivasan explained.

What sets Gemini Enterprise apart from other AI solutions? Srinivasan pointed to its ability to serve as a single front door for all AI capabilities. “It’s the one surface through which you can invoke, interact, and collaborate with all AI,” he said. “That includes Google’s first-party models for general interaction, video and imaging, and knowledge repositories. It also allows users to build low-code agents or have developers build full-code agents that can be deployed across the organization.”

Deloitte has invested heavily in custom-built agents, creating what Srinivasan calls an “agent fleet” of more than 300 specialized agents, many available on the Google Cloud Agent Marketplace. These agents simplify complex workflows, such as customer onboarding in financial services, reducing processes that once took weeks to just days.
