Cloudaware Relaunches Partner Program With MSP And SI Focus

Cloudaware had a key focus at AWS re:Invent 2025—bring their extensive cloud experience to solution providers through a relaunch of their partner program. The move comes as cloud adoption remains a key revenue generator for the channel, and partners seek ways to deliver scalable, profitable services without adding overhead.

Founded 15 years ago, the company evolved from a consulting service into a CMDB platform designed to streamline cloud management across key pillars such as cybersecurity, resiliency, observability and cost efficiency. “Our mission is to help companies achieve operational excellence in the cloud across all pillars,” said Mikhail Malamud, general manager for Cloudaware. “We help our customers go from zero to one, and one to 100 of the product.”

Cloudaware has been an AWS partner for more than a decade and is now positioning itself as a key multi-cloud software partner. “AWS really wants to lean on us right now to be their multi-cloud software partner,” said Jordan Spiers, VP of strategic alliances at Cloudaware. This strategy aligns with growing demand for multi-cloud solutions among enterprise customers and channel partners.

Cloudaware’s platform enables MSPs to manage both cloud and non-cloud infrastructure without adding headcount or investing in multiple tools. “A lot of these companies see their customers moving to the cloud, but they don’t necessarily have the tools or the people,” Malamud explained.

Looking ahead to 2026, Cloudaware plans to invest heavily in its partner ecosystem, providing resources to help MSPs and SIs meet revenue goals and market their services effectively. “You have to be able to support the MSP, the business owner in meeting revenue goals,” said Kyle Burk, Cloudaware’s VP of cloud enablement. “How do we help them talk to the consumer in a way that they can explain the core value that they’re going to bring and really help them explain how do you do this at scale? How do you do this profitably? How do you do this resiliently?”

With its relaunched partner program, Cloudaware is inviting new partners to join and existing partners to deepen engagement.
