Dell Partners Drive AI Production and Full-Stack Solutions for Customer Outcomes

At Dell Technologies World, partners are focused on helping customers move from AI pilots to real outcomes while managing power, scale and security demands. CRNtv host Kena Johnson speaks with partner leaders including Stephen Ayoub, co-founder and executive vice chairman at AHEAD; Mike Voss, field chief technology officer at SHI; Mike Trojecki, vice president of global solutions at World Wide Technology; Kristy Wilke, vice president of sales and marketing at Davenport Group; and Megan Moore, vice president of partner management and marketing at Sterling on how they are solving AI challenges and advancing AI results with Dell.

Kena Johnson: As more customers modernize the data center, what are you seeing and how does AI come into play?

Stephen Ayoub (AHEAD): AI is certainly playing a key role. When we talk about data center modernization, power is top of mind for every CIO and even CFO. Customers are consolidating workloads to reserve power while keeping core counts low to maximize the value they’re getting from software. We’re seeing customers standardize on AMD across their infrastructure to maximize compute power.

Kena Johnson: How are you helping customers move from AI exploration to real results?

Mike Voss (SHI): Many customers struggle getting out of the proof-of-concept phase and turning experimentation into production results. We use a structured approach. We run rapid use-case workshops, apply them in our lab with full-stack Dell infrastructure, validate them, and then roll into a production-ready system.

Kena Johnson: Many teams are testing AI. How do you get it into production using Dell AI Factory?

Mike Trojecki (World Wide Technology): Scale is the important part. Too many companies run pilots without thinking about how AI actually moves into production. Dell’s AI Factory makes it much easier to move from pilots into production because all the components are already working together.

Kena Johnson: How does your Dell partnership help deliver results for customers?

Kristy Wilke (Davenport Group): Davenport Group excels at understanding customer needs, but Dell’s full-stack approach allows us to deliver results without piecing together multiple vendors. Dell is truly the only player offering a complete full-stack approach.

Kena Johnson: How has your partnership with Dell evolved to meet customer needs?

Megan Moore (Sterling): Our partnership with Dell is built on secure technology, constant communication, and a shared mission to help customers plan years ahead. Security, endpoint protection, and lifecycle services are more important now than ever.
