At Women of the Channel East 2025, Ingram Micro’s Stacie Nadeau, director of global brand and content marketing, and Stacy Nadeau, speaker and women’s leadership coach, urged solution providers to rethink how their personal and corporate branding shape customer trust and internal influence.
The pair centered their message on the role purpose, presence and pitch play in building credibility across the channel. “Your pitch is not just words, it is your purpose in motion,” Stacie Nadeau said, emphasizing how clear storytelling can strengthen relationships with customers, partners and colleagues.
Stacy Nadeau encouraged attendees to examine the internal narratives that may limit how they show up as leaders. “What story can you place underneath your seat, walk out and never look back?” she asked. She noted that shifting those beliefs helps leaders communicate with more confidence and consistency.
The speakers also highlighted how AI can support brand building, especially for solution providers working with lean marketing resources. “AI is your new marketing intern,” Stacie Nadeau said. She pointed to Copilot and Jasper AI as tools that can speed content creation and help teams define and maintain a consistent voice.
They closed with a reminder that progress is built through steady action. “Collect the small wins because that is your purpose unfolding,” Stacy Nadeau said. “And your personality is what makes you memorable.”
