Pega Blueprint Aims To Change How Partners Sell AI

At AWS re:Invent 2025, Pegasystems executives spotlighted partners as a driving force behind enterprise AI adoption, positioning Pega Blueprint as a way for solution providers to modernize legacy systems and accelerate customer engagement.

Don Schuerman, CTO of Pegasystems, said Blueprint is designed to help partners move from abstract discussions to hands-on solutions earlier in the sales process. “We think the Blueprint can fundamentally change the selling motion for our partners,” Schuerman said.

Dan Kasun, global channel leader at Pegasystems, emphasized that partners remain central to the company’s go-to-market strategy. “Pega has been around for about 40 years and partners have always been a critical part about how we go to market and deliver for our customers,” Kasun said.

Executives said Blueprint allows partners to turn industry expertise and proprietary IP into interactive experiences customers can evaluate and refine. “The power of [Pega] Blueprint is it allows our partners to really quickly turn their IP, their know-how into a tangible real solution the clients can put their hands on and play with and further refine,” Schuerman said.

Legacy transformation was a recurring theme, particularly as enterprises look to deploy agentic AI. “The important thing is to realize just how a central legacy transformation is now,” Schuerman said, noting that outdated platforms limit the effectiveness of AI agents.

Kasun called 2025 “really the year of agentic AI,” adding that Blueprint supports partner-led growth. “Selling Pega solution to really telling any solution out there has gotten much easier with Pega Blueprints,” he said.

Pega Blueprint works alongside initiatives such as AWS Transform and Pega’s workflow and decisioning technologies to help partners reimagine legacy applications for cloud and AI-first environments, according to executives.
