Schneider Electric Evolves Partner Program To Accelerate Software Growth

Schneider Electric is rolling out new tools and program updates to help partners capture growth in AI, electrification and software services, unveiled at its Innovation Summit in Las Vegas.

“For our partners, this event is really about the big picture coming into focus,” said Jon LoBello, director of channel strategy at Schneider Electric. “We at Schneider like to call this the time to power moment where the next 1,000 days or so could arguably determine the next 30 years of U.S. economic and energy leadership.”

LoBello pointed to three forces reshaping the market: AI and data centers, the resurgence of U.S. manufacturing and the electrification of buildings and vehicles. “All of these forces are putting stress on the grid, on the data center and at the edge. And this is where our partners live,” he said.

Schneider is focusing on AI-ready power and data center infrastructure, software and digital services through platforms like EcoStruxure and talent enablement. “We want to make sure AI feels real and repeatable,” LoBello said, highlighting the new Power Infrastructure Assessment tool that helps partners assess, modernize and monetize AI-driven workloads.

LoBello said the company is building excitement around three pillars: simplicity, transparency and consistency. “Anything we create in terms of new value or any action we go execute on, we hope that it ladders back to that for the My Schneider IT Partner Program,” he said.
