ServiceNow Empowers Partners To Lead With AI-Driven Expertise

According to CRN, 96 percent of MSPs expect AI to boost business, yet only 46 percent feel fully prepared to support clients with it. In an exclusive interview with CRNtv, Jennifer Odess, group vice president of the Partner Excellence Group, and Meaghan Moore, vice president of Global Partner Marketing at ServiceNow, shared how the company is helping solution providers build AI-native capabilities, scale marketing efforts and unlock new investment opportunities.

To close the readiness gap, ServiceNow is investing in partner credentialing and enablement. “There’s individual credentialing, accreditations, certifications, expert certifications and then there is partner-level credentialing,” Odess explained. “Those are product line achievements and validated practices.”

ServiceNow’s AI-native approach is also transforming how partners go to market. “Partners are able to come in with a few quick props…and within less than three minutes, campaign-created will pop out all kinds of different campaigns with social cards, email campaigns, joint value props, anything they need to be super successful in a very scalable, fast and freeway,” Moore said.

The company’s Strategic Investment Fund is another key initiative. Piloting in the second half of 2025 and expanding in 2026, the fund supports consulting and implementation partners with validated practices. “You qualify for investment funds for your proof of concept, proof of value or AI architecting when it comes to your AI use cases,” Odess noted.

ServiceNow’s platform is built on AI, and the company is committed to helping partners deliver differentiated value. “We are an AI company,” said Odess. “Our platform is built from AI and everything we do is around that.”

With over 300 partners increasing their standing in ServiceNow’s partner program this year alone, the momentum is clear. “It’s all about how we do very unique and differentiated value propositions, how we come Better Together in the market to put AI to work for people,” Moore added.
