TD SYNNEX And HPE Expand Strategic Partnership To Accelerate AI In The Channel
TD SYNNEX is redefining how artificial intelligence reaches the channel. At HPE Discover 2025, the distributor spotlighted its operationalized AI solutions built on Hewlett Packard Enterprise infrastructure, underscoring a decades-long partnership and a commitment to helping solution providers go to market faster.
“At TD SYNNEX we really try to transcend the traditional role of box in box out distributor and we have a strong focus on bringing innovative solutions and programs to the market,” said Amy Reid, senior director of HPE product management and business development at TD SYNNEX. “With our destination AI program and our aggregated AI solutions that we build on HPE hardware, they're differentiated in that a lot of our competition puts together slideware, we have created real tangible solutions that are operationalized from end to end and then our partners can start selling today.”
Reid emphasized the role of collaboration: “Our partnership with HPE is the reason that we're so successful. We would not be able to introduce the types of AI solutions that we have to the market, where they're fully operationalize, where they include all the services, if we didn't have such a strong partner like HPE working alongside us.”
TD SYNNEX also highlighted its Practice Builder methodology, designed to support partners through every stage of solution development. “TD SYNNEX with our Practice Builder methodology, we meet our partners before the training sessions, throughout the training sessions and post the training sessions to help them build the strategy, sales and marketing execution, engineering and operational support,” said Vince Stemen, senior vice president of advanced vendor solutions at TD SYNNEX.
Reid pointed to a real-world example of how TD SYNNEX is delivering value: “An example of a solution that we offer today is, a solution we create in conjunction with WaitTime and of course it's on HPE Compute Power. And that solution takes WaitTime’s crowd management software couples it with HPE hardware, and it delivers a solution to provide traffic management and improve customer experiences at crowded venues. And so that would be things like sporting events, concerts, amusement parks. There's a lot of opportunities for this solution.”
Stemen closed with a reflection on the strength of the partnership: “Our partnership with HPE is one that goes back for decades. And from the very day through today, it's exceptionally important, it's strategic. The relationships are ones that when we plan to go to market, we plan together. We don't plan separately.”
