TD SYNNEX Turns Dell’s Portfolio Into Momentum

Partners are looking for practical ways to sell and deliver complete solutions as customers push for end-to-end outcomes. At Dell Technologies World, CRNtv host Kena Johnson sat down with Seth LaPradd, VP, vendor solutions, Dell ISG, TD SYNNEX, and Dustin Janis, VP, vendor management, Dell CSG, TD SYNNEX, to discuss how the Dell partnership supports solution providers.

Kena Johnson: How does the TD SYNNEX Solution Center help partners get hands-on with Dell solutions and sell more?

Seth LaPradd: We have a solution center in Clearwater, Florida, and it is built out across Dell’s full portfolio and product sets. What we are working on now is standing up Dell’s private cloud with AMD servers and providing proof-of-concept environments. Customers can demo those solutions inside our data center. It is available at no cost, and partners do not have to pay for it out of pocket.

Kena Johnson: Supply chain continues to be a major focus for partners. What are you doing with Dell to help resellers manage that?

Dustin Janis: We are distribution, so supply chain and inventory management are core to what we do. The dynamic has changed with pricing pressures and availability challenges. We are partnering closely with Dell to make sure the right supply is available for partners. They need to scale up and scale down quickly based on customer demand. Dell has a full portfolio, including opportunities around AI, and we help with financing and the warehousing support partners need. It is a strong partnership.

Kena Johnson: Dell has a true end-to-end portfolio. Why does that matter right now, and how does TD SYNNEX help partners take advantage of it?

Seth LaPradd: Customers are looking for fully integrated solution stacks, especially around AI. Dell covers everything from the desktop to the data center.
