As enterprises face shrinking timelines to modernize for AI, Trianz CEO Sri Manchala said solution providers that can deliver faster, unified transformations will be best positioned to help customers stay competitive. Speaking at AWS re:Invent 2025, Manchala outlined how Trianz is enabling partners to modernize applications, data and infrastructure simultaneously as industries rapidly reconfigure.
“Our number one goal is to help customers transform their businesses on time before their business models are obsolete and way behind competitors in such a way that they cannot catch up anymore,” Manchala said.
Manchala said industries are now reconfiguring themselves within 11 to 18 months, while many traditional data platforms still require data to be centralized or unified first. That approach often slows transformation initiatives and produces outdated outcomes.
Trianz is addressing that challenge through its Concierto platform, which orchestrates application, data and infrastructure modernization at the same time. “The experience of this marketplace is so cool that it feels like you're watching Amazon Prime or Netflix,” Manchala said.
For partners, speed remains a critical differentiator. Manchala said Concierto delivers transformations “two to three X faster” by embedding decades of experience into AI-driven workflows that continuously learn from each customer engagement.
“Our goal is to empower customers in such a way that they can transform their businesses and control their destiny,” Manchala said.
