For many solution providers, moving voice customers to the cloud comes with real risk. Jayme Branson, president and owner of Granite Technology Solutions, said choosing the right vendor can determine whether that transition stalls or scales. “Many years ago, I was at a training class and I was looking for a good SIP provider,” Branson said.

“They put partners first,” he said. “We handle the customer, the front end, the feet on the streets, and they've got the back end covered.”

Branson said his team evaluated several other vendors over the years but found none of them matched Intermedia’s channel approach. “We probably evaluated four or five over the years and none of them have the partner program that Intermedia has,” he said.

For SMB customers, simplicity matters. Branson said Intermedia’s bundled services help partners deliver a full solution without forcing customers to juggle multiple vendors.

“Small business can't afford to deal with three or four different vendors to get what they need,” he said.
