Network Connectivity Minute: The Power of Internet Connectivity

If your customers lack the bandwidth they need to support everyday SaaS applications, productivity drops and success fades. Comcast Business has internet connectivity solutions that fit customer needs.

Your customers’ productivity and success depends on their bandwidth, whether it’s at headquarters or at the home office. It’s up to you to provide them with internet connectivity they can count on from a reliable vendor.

“Internet connectivity, it’s kind of the on-ramp to everything they do,” says Lee Berk, senior director of sales engineering in the indirect sales channel at Comcast Business. “[Our customers need] access to software-as-a-service type applications, or SaaS, like Office 365 or Zoom. To be able to leverage these types of things, you need to have plenty of bandwidth for that.”

Comcast Business offers multiple solutions for your customers’ bandwidth needs, including Business Internet, Ethernet Dedicated Internet, SD-WAN and add-ons to build a personalized network. Comcast is the nation’s largest internet service provider, supplying customers with reliable and truly redundant service.

“Comcast owns our entire network, our last mile, our converged regional area networks,” explains Berk. “When we’re serving a customer in our service area, it’s going to be a Comcast connection leveraging Comcast infrastructure.”

Plus, MSP partners can earn attractive commission while providing products and services for each customer account they manage.

“That may not sound like a lot of money, if they have just one customer,” says Berk. “But then, sell two customers and then three and then 10 and then 50. Next thing you know, you have monthly income coming in on a residual basis, as long as your customers stay connected to Comcast.”

Comcast Business partners also receive support from a partner sales manager both internally and in the field. And MSPs can get personalized help from a sales engineering team to build best-of-breed solutions.
