First, with the new ChannelWeb, we have brought the content from CRN, VARBusiness, GovernmentVAR and CRNtech to one place. So if you are looking for VARBusiness.com or CRN.com, you are in the right place. Now you can get the news that put the N in CRN and the in-depth analysis and research of VARBusiness in one location.

So, where to find it? Keep reading.

THE BIG DIFFERENCE
Yes, the new ChannelWeb.com looks different, but it isn't skin deep. The whole site is organized around how you do business. Check out the tabs across the top. Whether you focus on a particular technology or a particular market, we have a section dedicated to your business. Each of the technology section pages brings together the news, reviews, opinions and blogs on that subject. It also brings in the stories you and your peers have rated as the best on that subject and the latest discussion on that subject. You'll find those pages in the blue bar across the top, or right here:

THE NEWS
Of course, ChannelWeb is dedicated to the news. CRN has been delivering the news of the channel for 25 years, and it will continue to do so every day, all day. You'll find that news placed prominently on the ChannelWeb home page of course, but you'll also find it throughout the site. You can have it mixed with reviews, research and features on one of the topical pages mentioned above, or you can stick with the news sorted anyway you like by starting right here. From the mini-browser embedded at the top of the page, you can choose the latest news, just channel-related news, news by technology sector or market, or by a specific vendor. For the vendor news pages, we have started with the six most searched vendors on our sites: Microsoft, HP, IBM, Cisco, Symantec and Dell.

THE REVIEWS and THE REVIEW FINDER
You'll find reviews and product guides from the CRN Test Center and CRNtech throughout the site, but if reviews are your thing, then this is your page. Easily reachable from any page by clicking on the blue Reviews tab in the top menu bar, the ChannelWeb reviews page lets you compare reviews side-by-side based on product type or company.

THE COMMUNITY
You'll find the community platform features throughout the new ChannelWeb or you can jump straight to here, where you will see what everyone in the community is talking about. To become involved, you'll need to update your profile or register here, where you have a chance to win a Garmin eTrex GPS Navigator through April 30, 2007. Good luck!

THE TOOLS
The new ChannelWeb.com is more than content. You'll also find tools to help you in your business. Two of our newest tools are two of our coolest. Our Solution Provider Locator not only helps you find other solution providers to partner with, soon it also will help a vast audience of IT end user customers find you. ChannelWeb is partnering with InformationWeek and Network Computing magazines to bring our Solution Provider Locator to their hundreds of thousands of readers. So if your company is not listed in this free service yet, contact our [email protected] today. On the flip side of the Solution Provder Locator is our new Lead Generator tool. Here, you can find and market to a select group of those same InformationWeek and Network Computing IT end users. Looking for new customers in a particular geography or vertical? They're in there.
