20 Tech Companies Hiring In The IT Channel: May 2025
Summit 7, Telos, RFA, Zoom, T-Mobile and Verizon were among the tech companies making key executive hires and moves in April 2025.
CRN has looked at open listings on LinkedIn that would bring talent into the channel either by working with a partner or by working at a vendor to support partners.

Open Jobs In The IT Channel
Open channel roles include:
- A head of partner programs who can make at least $150,800 a year with Zoom
- An account executive for a region channel sales job who can make at least $94,010 a year at T-Mobile
- A business development channel manager who can make at least $103,500 a year with Verizon
- A network and Microsoft Azure engineer who can make at least $90,000 a year with Summit 7
- A technical writer and documentation analyst at Telos
- A client services engineer near Menlo Park, Calif., at RFA
The April U.S. jobs report showed the economy added 177,000 nonfarm payrolls in April, more than the 138,000 expected and showing resilience to global tariffs, according to Yahoo Finance. The unemployment rate held steady at 4.2 percent.
Here are some of the latest job openings in the channel.
Aruba Networking
Hewlett Packard Enterprise subsidiary Aruba Networking has an opening for a sales leader for its SASE offer.
The San Jose, Calif.-based networking product vendor wants this leader to engage “global Business Unit Sales Teams (Specialists, Channel Partners, and Alliance Partners) to fully leverage all of the company's products and technology offerings,” according to the LinkedIn listing.
Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree and “10+ years of experience as a people leader” and “15+ years of experience in sales,” according to the listing.
Aruba is part of CRN’s 2025 Partner Program Guide.
T-Mobile
An account executive for a region channel sales job paying at least $94,010 a year is available this month at T-Mobile.
The Bellevue, Wash.-based telecommunications vendor wants this AE to “achieve growth targets by protecting existing business and identifying new opportunities, establish joint targets to drive T-Mobile products and services through the channel partner,” according to the LinkedIn listing.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and “4-7 years Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization” and “4-7 years Selling into and/or through key industry channel partners,” according to the listing.
T-Mobile’s 2025 channel goals include increasing the amount of recurring revenue going through partners and increasing the amount of net-new accounts coming through partners, according to CRN’s Channel Chiefs.
Zoom
Zoom this month has an open position for a head of partner programs who can make at least $150,800 a year.
The San Jose, Calif.-based communications platform provider wants this hire to “lead the development and management of revenue-generating partner programs” and “focus on optimizing and developing sales motions across the global partner ecosystem,” according to the LinkedIn listing.
Candidates should have “10+ years of experience in partner programs, channel management, or sales enablement, ideally in the UCaas, CcaaS technologies,” according to the listing.
Zoom’s 2025 channel goals include increasing the overall percentage of company revenue that comes through the channel and enabling partners to develop an AI strategy and sell AI solutions plus improving partner profitability, according to CRN’s Channel Chiefs.
SailPoint
LinkedIn listings show a handful of open channel roles are available at SailPoint this month.
The Austin, Texas-based security vendor seeks the following among its channel-related positions:
- Inside partner manager who can make at least $53,520 a year—this manager “will work in tandem with their Regional Field Partner Managers (PM) covering the Americas region managing their assigned partners and other regional partners at all levels”
- Named partner manager who can make at least $47,160 a year—the NPM will be “responsible for managing the overall relationship of our strategic global system integrators (GSIs) and System Integrators (Sis)”
- Senior strategic partner enablement manager who can make at least $107,300 a year—the manager will “lead and support cross-functional and partner enablement initiatives that drive collaboration, operational excellence, and revenue growth”
SailPoint’s 2025 channel goals include migrating partners to cloud solutions, focusing on a small number of elite partners and increasing the amount of net-new accounts coming through partners, according to CRN’s Channel Chiefs.
Cohesity
A channel development manager who can make at least $208,000 a year is an available position at Cohesity this month, according to a LinkedIn listing.
The San Jose, Calif.-based security vendor wants this manager to “be responsible for the management and enablement of Channel Partners in our Cohesity Partner Ecosystem” and build “account and partner plans, strategically growing the pipeline, and effectively managing the conversion process,” according to the listing.
Candidates should have “bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related field, or equivalent experience” and “proven channel management experience, with a strong achievement against quota.”
Cohesity’s open channel roles this month also include a job as an enterprise account executive making at least $236,000 a year, according to a separate LinkedIn listing.
The AE will “drive customer satisfaction while maintaining an accurate forecast and collaborating with several channel partners,” according to the listing.
Candidates should have “7+ years of proven success in a customer-facing sales role proposing enterprise solutions at all levels of a customer organization” and “5+ years of demonstrated selling ability to State and Local Governments and Educational Institutions” plus a “bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.”
Cohesity’s 2025 channel goals include improving partner technical skills, improving partner sales skills and increasing the amount of net-new accounts coming through partners, according to CRN’s Channel Chiefs.
IBM
Channel job seekers looking for a role as a partner marketing manager might consider this open position with IBM.
The Armonk, N.Y.-based AI, cloud and mainframe product vendor wants this manager to work “with Field Marketing and Channel Sales bringing the voice of the partner back into IBM,” according to the LinkedIn listing.
“This role will rely heavily on Ecosystem Marketing Managers who cover specific Partners to engage Partners and get to know their business,” according to the listing.
Candidates should have “prior experience leading complex, high tech marketing strategy and demand generation initiatives through modern marketing tactics” and a master’s degree.
IBM also has an opening for a brand partner specialist who will “work in cooperation with IBM's ecosystem of business partners to develop and execute sales campaigns, ultimately leading to the growth of the sales pipeline,” according to a separate listing.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and “expertise in building and going to market with technology partner sales offerings that foster strong, two-way, revenue-generating collaborations,” according to the listing.

Dataminr has an opening for a senior channel and alliance manager who can make at least $170,512 a year, according to a LinkedIn listing this month.
The New York-based threat and risk discovery platform provider wants this manager to “recruit, develop & manage an ecosystem of solution provider partners who serve the Private Sector market in North America,” according to the listing.
Candidates should have “8 + years experience in Private Sector sales, channel/alliances, partner management, and/or distribution relationship management, with a clear record of success and increasing responsibility” and “5+ years of experience building cyber security channels, with strong relationships with key cyber security VAR’s who serve the North America Enterprise markets.”

Verizon
Verizon is on the hunt for a business development channel manager who can make at least $103,500 a year, according to a LinkedIn listing.
The Basking Ridge, N.J.-based telecommunications vendor wants this manager “to build deeper relationships with our Channel Partners to drive new attack revenue aligned with our wireless product portfolio,” according to the listing.
Candidates should have a “bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience” and “six or more years of relevant work experience.”
Verizon’s 2025 channel goals include improving partner profitability and increasing the amount of net-new accounts coming through partners, according to CRN’s Channel Chiefs.
Fortra
According to a LinkedIn listing, Fortra has an opening this month for a channel marketing specialist who can make at least $50,000 a year.
The Eden Prairie, Minn.-based security vendor wants this specialist to “assist in the coordination and execution of in-person events such as partner conferences, tradeshows, and customer/partner meetups” and “aid channel partners with marketing materials, campaign assets, and training to help drive sales initiatives.”
Candidates should have “2-4 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related field, preferably in the technology industry” and “bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.”
Fortra has about 2,500 channel partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.
Ericsson
This month, multiple LinkedIn listings show that Ericsson has a handful of available roles of interest to channel job seekers.
The Sweden-based telecommunications vendor has openings that include:
- Partner account manager—the PAM will “engage and grow the Ericsson business with CDW to support our business goals and execute partner sales strategies specific to the Americas region”
- Senior sales engineer for MSP partners—this engineer “will work with these Partners to integrate Ericsson solutions into their own solution offerings”
- An account manager for strategic MSPs—this manager will “develop and execute GTM plan that will accelerate sales, build operational excellence and increase Ericsson mindshare within MSP account base”
Ericsson has about 4,000 channel partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.
Arraya Solutions
Aspiring level one service desk technicians might consider this opening with Arraya Solutions.
The Blue Bell, Pa.-based company—a member of CRN’s 2025 MSP 500—wants this tech to “be the initial contact for complex technical problems, offering quick and efficient solutions,” according to the LinkedIn listing.
Candidates should have “at least 2+ years of experience” and a “high school diploma or equivalent.”
SWK Technologies
SWK Technologies seeks an accounting assistant this month, according to a LinkedIn listing.
