Google Cloud AI Star Promevo Unveils Gemini And Workspace Offerings To Drive AI In Production

Google AI standout Promevo launches new Gemini and Google Workspace innovation to help drive outcome-based AI solutions into production for thousands of clients.

Google AI all-star partner Promevo has launched new Google Gemini offerings and improvements to Google Workspace solutions as the company strives to put AI in production for over 3,000 organizations.

“Google has now turned its partner incentives and the client incentives into outcome-based, which is the right go-to-market motion,” Promevo CEO Karthik Kripapuri (pictured) told CRN. “This is awesome for us as opposed to just throwing money at AI.”

Promevo’s CEO said his company is driving AI adoption because of its laser focus on helping its clients.

“We are actually invested in client success and solution architecture to support our clients in their journey. So Google’s incentives have been a great motivation for us to come out with new innovation,” he said.

The Covington, Ky.-based Google Premier Partner launched three new specialized Google Cloud AI services and upgrades designed to drive enterprise adoption of Google Workspace and the Gemini AI platform.

Gemini Enterprise Accelerator And Custom AI App Building

Promevo’s new Gemini Enterprise Accelerator is a structured program that guides customers through a full Gemini Enterprise deployment in as few as eight weeks.

The accelerator leverages Promevo specialists at every stage, including data preparation and governance strategy; custom AI agent and platform connector building and configuration; hands-on workshops; and key ongoing optimization and post-launch support.

“Gemini Enterprise has made it possible for customers to build no-code agents,” said Promevo CTO John Pettit.

“They can start to prototype and build out some of those workflows. They’ve also brought in a lot of first-party connectors to your local Google Drive data, as well as third-party connectors to other internal systems,” he said.

Promevo also launched a new Custom AI App Building and Integration service that leverages the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. Promevo’s AI specialists work alongside client teams to design, develop and integrate custom AI-powered applications.

“We are helping clients become AI-enabled. Not just enabled to deploy the technology, but get everything connected correctly in a way that’s scalable and reliable,” said Pettit. “Then also bring that into this new Gemini enterprise ecosystem so you can solve bigger problems and get better answers.”

Google Cloud Marketplace; CEO Touts 7X Growth For Marketplace

The Google Cloud Marketplace is Google’s premier destination for prevetted enterprise AI agents.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai said the marketplace is a key driver for AI deals, touting massive growth during the company’s recent second-quarter earnings report last week.

“We are driving growth with partners, with transactions on Google Cloud Marketplace growing over seven times year over year,” Pichai said, referring to second-quarter 2026 marketplace results.

Promevo is positioning itself on the marketplace to help organizations design, build and list production-ready agents that drive business outcomes by launching Promevo’s Agent Marketplace services.

These marketplace services include agent architecture and development; security review and compliance checks; cross-organizational deployment; and Google Cloud Marketplace listing, positioning and publishing.

Promevo’s marketplace knowledge is leading to sales, particularly with ISVs.

“We enable ISVs when they’re looking to bring agents to market,” said Pettit. “So building your own agent for your SaaS application is not always intuitive. It requires knowledge of how to get into the marketplace and the processes of vetting and validation. Sometimes SaaS apps aren’t agent-ready. There’s the API layers, the data layers, the other pieces that we can help them build out.

“The last part is our white-glove service of getting it all set up and connected,” he said. “So [that is] having an ISV product or SaaS product get into the Google Marketplace and to transition into agents and MCP servers that open up their application to things like Gemini Enterprise.”

Google Workspace gPanel Enhancements

This month, Promevo also unveiled updates to one of its flagship offerings—gPanel—the company’s popular Google Workspace administration and reporting platform.

gPanel is Promevo’s powerful Google Workspace management tool that automates routine admin tasks and provides visibility and control over users’ data and settings.

Promevo’s latest release brings a major upgrade to the platform's intelligent Rules Engine alongside the introduction of Drive Labels visibility, which empowers Google Workspace administrators with 24x7 control, automation and insight into their organizational policies and data.

Promevo’s CEO said manual audits and endless platform switching aren’t effective security and management practices at large organizations. With the upgrades to gPanel’s Rules Engine and the new Drive Labels, Promevo is giving Google Workspace admins the tools to not just react to their environment, but to proactively govern it in real time.

“We built gPanel on top of Google Workspace because Google has a great story to tell,” said Kripapuri. “Our customers absolutely love it.”

In addition, gPanel is on the Google Cloud Marketplace.

Being on the marketplace makes it easier for enterprises, especially those who have cloud commits, to transact with us,” said Pettit. “It’s a good opportunity for us to align with how customers work with Google commercially. So that’s a great channel for enterprise deals.”

Promevo is celebrating 25 years of operation in 2026, with a focus on helping more than 3,000 organizations maximize their Google investments.

“Google is definitely going to be the long-term winner in this space. We absolutely believe that,” said Kripapuri.
