DevRev

DevRev is developing an API-first, development-centric CRM system that allows developers to leverage data, design and machine intelligence to create products for users and customers.

The technology, now in beta, will eliminate system silos and enable developers and customers to communicate socially and in real time. Developers can better connect their code to production issues and customer interactions in a unified experience.

DevRev, based in Palo Alto, Calif., has attracted a lot of attention because it was co-founded by Dheeraj Pandey, the founder and former CEO of hyperconverged system and cloud software vendor Nutanix, and former Nutanix executive Manoj Agarwal. The company exited stealth in July 2021 with $50 million in seed funding.
