Kaseya CEO Rania Succar: We’re ‘Building the Future Together’ With MSPs
‘We are at a pivotal moment. We see unprecedented opportunity. And Kaseya will be right here with you building the future together. Let’s go,’ says Kaseya CEO Rania Succar.
The MSP industry is at a crossroads, and Kaseya is committed to leading partners into a future defined by innovation, community and transformational growth.
That was the message given by Kaseya CEO Rania Succar at the Miami-based vendor’s DattoCon conference in the same city this week. “This conference has been designed to arm everyone here to win and lead in this chapter of transformation,” she said.
Succar unveiled the values that will guide Kaseya’s next era, anchored in customer outcomes, innovation, frictionless experiences and community-powered growth.
“Our team gets out of bed every day to increase your revenue, expand your margins and ensure your customers are successful,” she said.

At the heart of her message was a renewed promise that Kaseya will evolve into a platform that truly empowers MSPs by becoming an AI-first company. Additionally, she revealed a major investment in unifying Kaseya’s massive data layer, spanning three exabytes of backup data and 16 million endpoints, to create intelligence-driven tools for real-time automation, advanced analytics and AI assistants.
“Think about the scripting capabilities you’ll have,” she said. “Think about what that means for the custom solutions you can build for your customers. This is game-changing. We’ve barely scratched the surface of the power in our data. Now, you’ll be able to automate workflows, triage tickets, analyze profitability and tap into a shared knowledge base of 50,000 MSPs.
“I’ve spoken with over 100 MSP leaders since I joined,” she added. “And I’ve heard you loud and clear: you need help growing revenue, automating more, adding services and showing your value to clients.”
Tim Guim, president and CEO of Sewell, New Jersey-based PCH Technologies, said Succar had energized him as she laid out “a clear and compelling vision” for Kaseya’s future.
“She didn’t just talk about evolution, she emphasized that MSPs must become indispensable by embracing AI and stepping fully into the role of trusted technology partners. That shift is critical right now,” Guim told CRN. “For my business, this means Kaseya is opening the door for us to apply AI across our current systems more effectively. They’re acknowledging where the industry is heading and giving us the tools to stay ahead of it.”
During her keynote, Succar painted two future scenarios, one where MSPs drift into commoditization and another where they evolve into AI-enabled partners.
“The question isn’t whether change is coming, it’s whether we will make the bold decisions to lead that change,” she said. “We’re here to deliver for your teams, for your clients and for the entire small business economy.”
Looking ahead, she promised continued innovation and a commitment to empowering MSPs through every market shift.
“We are at a pivotal moment,” she said. “We see unprecedented opportunity. And Kaseya will be right here with you building the future together. Let’s go.”
