Net At Work Expands Acumatica Service Offerings With Latest Acquisition

In the latest of a string of acquisitions, solution provider Net at Work is buying the Acumatica practice of Advanced Solutions & Consulting.

Solution provider Net at Work continues to expand its Acumatica software consulting operations, this week acquiring the Acumatica practice of Advanced Solutions & Consulting (ASC).

The move is Net at Work’s second acquisition in less than a month and the latest in a string of acquisitions over the last two years the New York-based solution provider has made to expand its service offerings around Acumatica’s ERP applications.

With this latest acquisition, Net at Work is buying ASC’s Acumatica practice, including proprietary value-add software technology ASC developed to enhance Acumatica functionality, according to a Net at Work statement. That technology will be made available across Net at Work’s Acumatica client base and its partner network.

Net at Work will also assume working with ASC’s Acumatica clients.

Terms of the acquisition deal were not disclosed.

Net at Work, No. 246 on the CRN 2025 Solution Provider 500, serves small and midsize businesses, with practices built around applications developed by Sage and Acumatica. The company’s service portfolio includes software selection, implementation, managed services and secure hosting services for ERP, CRM and human resource management systems.

Just last month Net at Work expanded its Sage and Acumatica practices with the acquisition of fellow New York IT solution provider AppSolute Consulting Group.

In January Net at Work acquired the Sage and Acumatica practices of e2B teknologies, a software reseller and provider of custom midmarket ERP solutions and business applications. In July 2024 it bought the Acumatica operations of Kensium, a Hyderabad, India-based e-commerce agency and technology provider. And in October 2023 Net at Work acquired Acumatica reseller partner NexVue.
