Net At Work Continues Acquisition Spree With MAS Purchase
With the acquisition of Millennium Accounting Solutions, Net at Work continues to expand its footprint in the market for Sage Software accounting and financial software and services.
Fast-growing solution provider, MSP and consulting firm Net at Work continued its rapid pace of recent acquisitions Monday, saying it has acquired Millennium Accounting Solutions (MAS), a specialized technology consulting firm and software reseller.
MAS, headquartered in San Jose, Calif., has been a long-time member of the Net at Work Alliance Partner Program, the solution provider’s collaborative ecosystem through which other VARs, MSPs and professional service firms can tap into Net at Work’s industry expertise and possibly be acquired by the New York-based company.
MAS primarily serves SMB businesses with systems implementation, integration and consulting services around accounting and operational workflows. The company is a premier provider and integrator for Sage 100 ERP applications.

That’s consistent with Net at Work’s aggressive acquisition strategy. The solution provider and MSP is a leading Sage channel partner and some of its recent acquisitions were made to expand its presence and capabilities in the Sage Software market.
The MAS acquisition, for example, comes just seven weeks after Net at Work bought the Sage Intacct practice of Endeavor4, adding to its expertise and client base around the popular Sage financial application.
Net at Work, in the acquisition announcement, said MAS clients will benefit from Net at Work’s broader portfolio of businesss consulting services, technology solutions and support resources.
In the announcement Net at Work said that its “longstanding relationship, shared values, and commitment to client success will help ensure a smooth and seamless transition for MAS Sage 100 clients.”
“Over the years, our collaboration with Millennium Accounting Solutions through the Partner Alliance Program has shown us firsthand how closely aligned our organizations are in both values and client commitment,” said Alexander Solomon, Net at Work co-founder and co-CEO, in a statement. “MAS has built an outstanding reputation for delivering trusted accounting solutions and exceptional client care.”
Net at Work, No. 221 on the CRN 2026 Solution Provider 500 and a leading service provider to small and mid-size businesses and organizations, has been on an acquisition binge in recent years and especially since mid-2025. In February, the solution provider bought OnPar Technologies in a move that expanded the company’s managed services expertise.
In January, Net at Work bought BHE Consulting, a Boston-based developer of solutions around Sage ERP applications, to boost its ERP consulting and vertical industry expertise. That same month Net at Work acquired Kansas-based Network Computer Solutions in a move to expand its presence in the Midwestern U.S.
