Net At Work Expands Its Midwestern US Presence With Latest Acquisition

MSP and solution provider Net at Work is buying Kansas-based Network Computer Solutions in a move that also accelerates the growth of its managed services division.

Solution and managed services provider Net at Work has acquired Kansas-based Network Computer Solutions in a move the company said “significantly expands” its Midwestern U.S. footprint.

Net at Work, headquartered in New York, said the addition of Network Computer Solutions also strengthens its service delivery across core verticals including healthcare, not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing and distribution.

The move also accelerates the growth of Net at Work’s managed services division, which the company said has now nearly doubled in size.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Net at Work, founded in 1996 and No. 246 on the CRN Solution Provider 500, has been on an acquisition spree in recent years with many of the acquisitions focused on services around ERP applications from Sage and Acumatica. In 2025 alone its acquisitions included e2b Teknologies in January, AppSolute in August, the Acumatica practice of Advanced Solutions & Consulting in September, and LLB Partners in October.

NCS, also founded in 1996 and headquartered in Manhattan, Kansas, has a 25-year-plus track record of providing “high-impact IT services” to small and mid-size businesses, Net at Work said in the acquisition announcement, helping more than 400 clients “maximize productivity and streamline operations.”

NCS clients will continue to work with the local team they know, which Net at Work said, “will remain a critical part of the organization.” Those clients will gain access to Net at Work’s broader suite of services including cybersecurity and cloud solutions, ERP and business application consulting, and a national-scale managed services infrastructure.

As part of the acquisition, Net at Work now owns Nterfuse, a specialized software platform developed by NCS to support area agencies on services for the aging, healthcare providers and home health agencies. Net at Work said Nterfuse clients will continue using that platform without disruption.
