6 IoT Vendors With New Or Evolving Partner Programs In 2025
CRN details recent channel moves, including new or evolving partner programs, by IoT vendors Vodafone, SOTI, Orbcomm, Nozomi, Soracom and Aeris.
Six IoT vendors are doubling down on the channel this year with new or evolving partner programs, in a couple of cases teaming up with a major U.S. distributor to expand its reach.
The vendors with new or evolving partner programs run the gamut, ranging from telecom giant Vodafone and enterprise mobility management vendor SOTI to industrial IoT vendor Orbcomm and OT security provider Nozomi.

The other vendors making big moves in the channel also include Soracom, a cellular-focused provider of IoT connectivity, and Aeris, a provider of cellular connectivity platforms.
As part of CRN’s Iot Week 2025, here are the details of the recent channel moves, including new or evolved partner programs, by Vodafone, SOTI, Orbcomm, Nozomi, Soracom and Aeris.
Vodafone
Telecom giant Vodafone in March unveiled a “strategic channel relationship” with ScanSource-owned Intelisys that will make its comprehensive cloud and connectivity offerings available for solution providers to sell in the U.S.
David Joosten, president of Vodafone U.S., called the move a “significant milestone in our strategy to leverage strategic partners to reach more international businesses, introduce them to our evolving services portfolio and build new end-to-end IT solutions.”
“By joining forces with a premier technology services distributor like Intelisys, this is another step forward to provide U.S.-based businesses with global connectivity solutions,” he said in a statement.
Vodafone’s offerings include advanced IoT networks, the all-in-one Vodafone IoT Platform for managed connectivity, the Vodafone Business IoT Data Analytics service, preconfigured IoT devices and satellite IoT connectivity solutions.
SOTI
SOTI, a provider of enterprise mobility management offerings, unveiled an overhauled global partner program in October to reflect its transformation into a platform provider that provides a variety of capabilities on top of its base mobile device management software.
With the newly revamped SOTI Altitude Program, the company said it has expanded to include MSPs, OEMs, ISVs, distributors and platform providers under the same umbrella as VARs that were previously part of the program. As a result, the program now has more than 6,500 partners on its roster.
While all partners share the same core benefits of sales support, technical support, marketing support and enablement, each partner type also receives an additional layer of specialized benefits such as discounts, access to a technical account manager, quarterly business reviews and proof-of-concept support. These benefits are contingent on partners meeting certain requirements such as targets for renewals or deal registration as well as participating in the company’s training programs.
Mustafa Ebadi, COO of SOTI, told CRN in an interview last month that the goal is to not push partners to resell its product but instead to cultivate strategic relationships that drive mutual growth for SOTI and its partners.
Orbcomm
Orbcomm, a provider of industrial IoT offerings, in April launched the Skywave Connect partner program in select regions with the goal of helping channel partners develop new applications, expand their reach and seize on new growth opportunities.
The vendor said the program gives solution providers, systems integrators, VARs and other channel partners access to its “IoT devices, multi-mode satellite and cellular connectivity services, development tools, subscription-based pricing and more.”
Program resources include marketing support, sales and technical support as well as around-the-clock multilingual, multi-location support and professional services for device integration and solution deployment.
The program comes with three tracks—Authorized Partner, Ascent Partner and Authorized Distributor—that offer different levels of benefits.
Nozomi
Nozomi, an OT security provider set to be acquired by Mitsubishi Electric, in June launched its new Vanguard Partner Program as a way to improve the way the vendor works with channel partners and accelerate their success.
The restructured program comes with three “clearly defined levels” that are “designed to reflect each partner’s level of engagement and capability” as well as “best-in-class deal registration” and “expanded certification paths,” according to Nozomi.
The company said it has also increased marketing support in the areas of co-branded campaigns, regional demand generation initiatives, and access to the Nozomi Sandbox for technical demonstrations.
The program also has dedicated programs for MSSPs, professional services and incident response for Elite-level partners as well as “enhanced mechanisms for deal collaboration and partner-led initiatives,” according to Nozomi.
Soracom
Soracom, a cellular-focused provider of IoT connectivity, said in August that it is equipping channel partners with IoT connectivity solutions through a new strategic partnership with the ScanSource-owned Intelisys distribution business.
The Intelisys partnership will give channel partners the ability to take advantage of Soracom’s Connectivity Management Platform for controlling IoT deployments from a single SIM or Access Point Name, according to the company.
“Soracom also grants channel partners access to a robust suite of connectivity tools for everything from device management to advanced data routing, to packet capture, to real-time network analytics, and secure traffic management,” the vendor said.
The company said these things will help partners “deliver scalable, cost-effective, and highly secure IoT solutions that address the unique needs of their customers.”
“Soracom is committed to providing partners with the support, tools, and technology they need to make cellular connectivity deliver real business value for customers,” said Richard Halliday, Soracom’s head of sales, partnerships and technical services for the Americas region, in a statement.
Aeris
Aeris, a provider of cellular connectivity platforms, said in October that it has expanded its Aeris Partner Program for a wide range of partner types selling IoT and Fixed Wireless Access solutions across the world.
Designed to enable partners to sell “higher-value, recurring-revenue solutions,” this expanded program is built around the Aeris IoT Accelerator global connectivity management platform and Aeris IoT Watchtower security, monitoring and analysis offering.
The expanded program is divided into multiple segments by go-to-market approach, starting with VARs, technology services distributors and technology advisers selling Aeris IoT solutions. Then for providing fully managed IoT and FWA services, there are MSPs, application service providers and systems integrators.
The program also covers OEMs and ISVs embedding Aeris connectivity and security solutions into devices and applications, respectively; as well as mobile network operations and mobile virtual network operators supporting the Aeris platform.
Program resources include tools to help partners “win larger, more profitable deals,” which are backed through what Aeris is calling a “simplified sales motion.”
